HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER :
Simply send us an email with the item number and the quantity requested. You can request colors and sizes but it is NOT guaranteed. We will do our best to meet your requirements. Our inventory changes quickly, therefore we cannot guarantee specifics like sizes or colors.

UPON RECEIVING YOU ORDER:
1. We will confirm availability of your product(s).
2. Then we will send an invoice with details of payment. Please note that the invoice is valid for 24 hours only (We cannot guarantee availability longer than 24 hours for the reason our products sell very fast. ). Please advise us in 24hours after you confirm the orders with us, when you make your payment as it takes about 2-5 business days to receive if through Bank transfer. Or you can Do Western Union.
3. Once payment is received in full, we will proceed with your order from the place of origin. All information of your order such as tracking of shipment will be forwarded to you as soon as it is available to us.
4. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

PAYMENTS:
All invoices are in US dollars. All payments are made via Western Union or by wire transfer (bank to bank).

SAMPLE ORDERS:
Due to the nature of the Surplus business, we do not send sample orders. If you wish to inspect the quality of any product, we suggest you order only one product with the minimum order indicated and if you are 100% satisfied, then you can become a regular customer of ours. For Samples order, you will be charged 100% more than our bulk quotation on the website.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of the Surplus business, all sales are final . And if you don't feedback any problems about the quality of the goods within 7 days after you received the goods, we won't be responsible for them any more – NO RETURNS – NO EXCHANGES – NO REFUNDS unless it is discussed or pre-arranged with us.
